Birkby Construction are pleased to announce that yet another Social Housing / Commercial development has been completed on time to programme and within Budget. The project was a full design and build package, the build is an exciting flagship build of 22 flats and 5 commercial shop outlets located on the High Street of Herne Bay, Kent.

Birkby Construction can confirm the rumours are true, we are pleased to clarify that in early 2012 we will be demolishing our old office building in Coxheath, and will be constructing 6 luxurious 3 / 4 bedroom houses.

Completion of Our First Code 3 Eco Homes Project
We are pleased to confirm that Birkby Construction recently finished its first code 3 sustainable homes project for local authority in Maidstone for 5 new bungalows. This project also benefits from accreditation for Lifetime Homes.
We are looking forward to working on more exiting projects such as Code 4 and even higher!!
